Smart for Security and Guarding Services is an Egyptian joint stock company subject to the provisions of Law 159 of 1981, established with a licensed capital of two million five hundred thousand Egyptian pounds, and it is one of the companies specialized in the work of guarding and securing installations from within. This is in accordance with Law No. 86 of 2015 and Executive Ministerial Resolution No. 133 of 2016, which is authorized to practice security and guarding from the Ministry of Interior and all concerned authorities within the Arab Republic of Egypt.
